Apply for a library card as a new user
Click the button below to begin your application. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email with an online-only card number that you can use to access our online services. During this time, we are also allowing those with online-only cards to borrow physical items via our curbside pickup service.
To finalize your registration and pick up your permanent library card, you must bring a photo ID and proof of address to the Library before the expiration date indicated in the email you receive.
By applying, you agree to obey all the rules and regulations of the Booth & Dimock Memorial Library, to pay promptly all fines charged against me for the injury or loss of items, and to give immediate notices of any change of contact information. I further agree to abide by the posted Internet Acceptable Use Agreement.
