About the ProjectOn December 3, 2018, the Coventry Town Council charged the Library Renovation & Improvement Committee with the task of creating a plan to renovate and improve the Booth & Dimock Memorial Library. Coventry residents voted to approve the Committee's $1.7 million plan on November 3, 2020.
In April 2021, local resident Sondra Astor Stave donated $75,000 to supplement the project, with the hopes of a community match. Since then, the Library Board has raised an additional $67,000! To help us reach our final goal of $150,000, please consider donating to the Library. Checks can be made out to Booth & Dimock Memorial Library for "Library Giving Day." Online donations can be made on PayPal @BDMLibrary. |
