Multipurpose Room

The Multipurpose room of the Booth and Dimock Memorial Library may be used by local groups for educational, civic and or cultural meetings during business hours.  Except for Library and Library-related programs, groups may not use the room for regularly scheduled meetings.  No selling, solicitation, or taking of orders may occur without the written permission from the Library Director. The program organizer must sign a Multipurpose Room Use Agreement.

The Gallery may be used for displays.  The items displayed must be hung from the picture rail only.  Care should be taken not to damage the walls.  The display should be promptly hung and promptly removed.  Responsibility for the display rests with the display organizer.

The display organizer must provide an estimate of value for the materials and sign a loan agreement.

Please contact the Library Director at 860-742-7606 or BDLibrary@coventryct.org to discuss times.
